·               Anticipated and resolved problems, bottlenecks / scheduling conflicts across 31 major contracts on over $1.8 billion work-scope for the Royal Commissions Jubail and Ras Al-Khair Industrial Cities. Ensured engineering and construction remained on schedule. Site prep, roads, utilities, electrical substations, pumping stations, telecom network, labor camp, building projects.  Reviewed Contractor submittals, managed interface schedules, prepared project controls portion of the bid document, budget tracking, and manpower coordination.

·               Lead the Weekly Planners Meeting.  Focal point for the development of the Functional Activity Resource Loaded EPS Project Schedule in support of the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP): activities, logic, resources and progress. Primavera.

·               Worked with Contractors to improve the quality of their schedules.  Wrote contractor schedule guidelines: coding, progress, change management. 

·               Ensured timely issuance of Shells Client Schedule and Reports; progress updates, forecast, critical path and trend analysis.  Primavera P6 R8.2, Prism.

·               Cost Control System: budgeting, earned value, change management, accruals, SAP.

·               Lead 8 to 14 planner schedulers on the execution and implementation of scheduling processes, practices, and tools on 4 major T/A’s and over 30 smaller TARs. WBS, OBS, calendars, resources, roles, coding schemes. Provided P6 admin and training.  SAP Maintenance Module.  Defined methodologies and processes to improve T/A performance.

·               Solved problems on multi-unit major TAR's: $100-150 million, 500k-700k actual hours, 1400-2000 people, 10 to 25 contractors/subcontractors.  Extensive reporting and writing for the TAR Team: Narratives, Monthly Accomplishments, Meeting Notes, AFE's, Five Year Budget, Basis of Schedules.

·               Maintenance Planner role on multiple boiler and desalination plant TAR's
